Questions
Does it really work in Chinese?
Yes — every screen is bilingual EN / 中文, switchable per user, and a company can default to 中文. Currency shows in USD or CNY, and China-specific pieces like WeChat Pay, WeChat notifications and fapiao (发票) are built in.
Will on-site staff actually use it?
It's designed for people without an IT background: task-first tiles instead of menus, photo-first repair reporting, an app-style bottom bar on phones, WeChat notifications, and a 90-day trusted-device sign-in so the login step nearly disappears.
How do payments and owner payouts work?
Tenants pay by card or WeChat Pay; funds are split so net rent reaches the owner and the management fee reaches your company, driven by the accounting ledger. It's an opt-in module a super-admin enables per company.
Is our data isolated and secure?
Every record is scoped to its company and role, so a company only ever sees its own data. Sign-ins use a second factor and are recorded with IP, city and device in an activity log you can review any time.
